All hourly rooms are $20.00 per hour and includes
1 Yorkville 14 Channel Mixer with USB out for recording
2 550w 12"/1" Speakers
1 ART Dual Channel Passive Direct Box
2 Shure Dynamic (SM58S& SM57-LC) Microphones w/stands and cables
1 8+ Piece Drum kit (Snare, Kick, Toms, Floor Toms, Hi-hat, Cymbals and seat)
Room is on the ground floor (no stairs) with access to all amenities such as parking, clean bathrooms and free wifi.
RENTALS:
Guitar or Bass OR Keyboards - $10.00/h
Guitar Amp - $5.00/h
Bass Amp - $5.00/h
Mics - INCLUDED
We are flexible on our recording studio rates, especially for longer bookings. Our passion is to help local musicians make awesome sounding recordings.
All rates include an engineer.
All sales are subject to GST

$45 per hour Includes a live room and recording studio with skilled, experienced engineer
